CodeBroker is seeking a team member who has excellent customer facing skills, is well organized, and who has great attention to detail in order to provide superior service for our customers. You will be a part of our Client Services team, working closely with the company’s founder and CEO. The Client Services Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, meeting with customers by phone, using CodeBroker’s software, and answering customer questions about CodeBroker solutions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Client Services Account Manager is a key customer facing member of our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of work experience and superior customer facing skills in order to be able to manage relationships with the company’s clients.
More specifically, CodeBroker is looking for team members who have the following broad skillsets:
Ability to build excellent customer relationships and provide superior customer service.
Excellent communication skills. You must possess superior listening skills and be an extremely good communicator via email and phone.
Strong attention to detail. You must have a demonstrated skill to pay strong attention to detail.
Be a Self-Starter. You will be able to work as an individual as well as part of a team and have demonstrated the ability to easily manage multiple projects and priorities.
